Sweet & Nice

This past week has flown by in a blur. Keeping up with all the puppies, the goat kids, and all the rest of the animals is a full time job. We meant to take updated pics of everyone today to post on our website, especially for those we are selling, but it was so overcast today the pictures wouldn't have looked good.

Instead, we're teaching everyone around here a phrase, "Sweet and nice". The puppies are getting to the rough play stage, so I use the phrase. The kids are getting to the head butting stage. Again, the phrase. All the other animals have had their version of zoomies with the different weather patterns and sometimes it makes them roughhouse with others. That phrase again. Fortunately, all our animals really get along well with each other, the reminder is just for when they're playing and it looks like it could become hurtful (and expensive!). For once, we don't have a vet appointment with vaccinations this week and I'd like to keep it that way.

For the week ahead, I will look for a clear day to take updated pics to upload. We have lots of English Shepherd puppies and Dwarf Nigerian kids ready for new homes! I'll also begin taking a deposit for Coinneach as he's beginning to wean off of his Highland mama Maesie. The earliest I'll let him go is March 20th. A pretty good pic of him is included in this week's blog. Have a great week everyone!
